Gerald began his business career at the age of 23 when he bought his father’s wholesale beverage distribution company. Within a few years, Gerald turned it into a multi-million dollar distribution center for the 7 Up brand.

Gerald is now a trainer and speaker who works with numerous organizations throughout the United States and around the world. His emphasis is on helping others be successful as they build good character in their lives. He has trained with all of the military branches, numerous businesses both large and small, schools and universities, city, state, and federal governmental organizations, sports teams, law enforcement and churches, as well as with families.
